I found a property I am sort of watching ..in interest ... but I have to know that it can work for business for me.

The listing says .. 30 minutes to Branson
School: Bradleyville R-I
ZIP Code: 65608
Taney
Dalton Rd, Ava,

How far out if far out and how many main roads go through this area ..close by etc?

I did Google earth it but .. I came up with what looked like Afghanistan!

Wink Rural.

I do know that area. It's gorgeous. Mark Twain National Forest all around, trees & creeks & rivers...gorgeous.

But if it's 30 minutes to Branson, I'm Mickey Mouse.

Unless you're talking some mode of transportation other than the kind I drive...
I don't believe Rome has a school, the kids'd go to Bradleyville.
And I have trouble understanding that this place has an "Ava" address...

But gorgeous.
Yep.

the address might be like what I have. I live just outside cassville but have a verona (about 15 miles and two towns away) mailing address

not really sure about ava but know branson quite well, highway 65 from springfield right to it( one way ) or ya can snake through the hills (my way)

I used to work in branson during one of the "building booms" man I hated trying to drive through town during lunch hour!

but if the land is for investment remember prices keep going up around here!

It's been awhile since I been over there, but I don't think bradlyville has a post office. So that would be the reason for an ava address. No school in Rome. Some areas will have a small k-8 school, then its off to ava or bradlyville for highschool. Some areas give you a choice. Were I am at my girls will have a choice of ava, gainsville, lutie(theodosia) or bradlyville.
76 is the only main hwy and it is a country hwy. (2 lane and no shoulder). 125 goin north and south is great for getting car sick. It is a pretty drive, but doesnt lead any where unless your goin hunting or fishing. Alot of people travel 76 to go to work in the branson area. Like lake junkie said bradlyville is not 30 minutes to anything. All those little towns you see on the map like rome and brownbranch are not towns they are just little green signs with a name on it. Bradlyville is not any bigger.
