i used to live in SE MO near the river and those big ass cats are everywhere down there my friends and I actually road up on some on 4 wheelers. Cats give me the creeps anyway (ever since I watched pet cemetary as a kid) so I nearly pissed my pants. You find those cats all over the place from Wyatt to Dorena

I have coyotes in my back yard every spring and fall. We finally got a Great Pyranese dog. He's been killing them and bringing them up to the yard to show us. Now the coyotes are coming up in small groups of 2 0r 3 to the house. Time to get another dog. However, that is the LEAST of my worries at this time because I have had a REALLY big kitty in my backyard the last 8 evenings. My horses have gone nuts. I cannot even lead them in and out of the barn because they are so freaked out. We saw it 4 evenings ago. Its black and 60+lbs. Consv dept says we don't have any around here. I thought people were just people making up stories until now. Don't leave your kids out unattended in the evenings and mornings. That's when it's been here!
