The hunting here is great - deer, turkey, ducks, geese, doves, small game, and small predators. I'm getting ready for my first archery hunt of the year this weekend.
The permit to acquire handguns was eliminated in 2006. Open carry is legal under state law, but it is regulated by local ordinances. With a concealed carry permit Missouri is one of the friendliest states. Also, anyone who is 21 and legally able to possess a handgun may carry it concealed in their vehicle without a permit.
