Has anyone seen this bill? If passed it will give the governor the option of forming a Missouri State Guard!The original MO State Guard was formed in 1861 to repel a Federal invasion thanks to Claiborne Fox Jackson and the pro confederate lawmakers.Now we just need to bring Sterling Price back from the dead!!I wonder if they will use the same flag they used?<a href="http://www.house.mo.gov/billtracking/bills141/biltxt/intro/HB1542I.htmhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missouri_State_Guard" target="_blank">
