Any ideas on how to find a good Personal Chef in Columbia? (Center: refrigerator)

I am looking for a Personal Chef in Columbia who will shop for groceries and prepare healthy meals for a friend. She is experiencing health problems that would be helped immensely by having a week's worth of healthy meals stashed in her refrigerator and freezer.

I'm thinking salads in Mason jars, soups, and so forth. Needs to be tasty, but not fancy.

I've read about personal chefs who confer with the client, purchase the groceries, prepare them in the client's kitchen, and leave items packaged and stashed for future meals.

I would be happy to hire a culinary student who was starting up or someone who was running such a business.

I've Googled and found four listed but no one is answering their phones or returning messages so perhaps the list is outdated. I've also left a message at the Culinary Academy at the Career Center. Nada.

Anyone have any idea on how I could find such a person?
