Hi All! Wondered if anyone had advice for us. My husband and I are considering a move to NW Missouri to be closer to family, and to get further south. Neither one of us loves winter, and where we're currently living (North-central Nebraska), the winters can be long and brutal.
We've lived the farm/ranch/acreage lifestyle most of our lives, and we're thinking of trying something different. Maybe like a 3 BR/2-3 Ba ranch style or with a walkout basement, a home built for family gatherings, in a subdivision where the houses have some space between them and backs up to a park/golf course/lake. With a clubhouse nearby with a pool. Somewhere between St. Joe and North Kansas City, and maybe a little East.
Looking for something in the $175-200,000 range.
We love antiquing, scenery, western heritage, and would want to find a thriving bible-teaching church.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! (Oh and if anyone is wanting to live in North-Central Nebraska, I've got 10 acres and a home we may sell you!
