My family is preparing to purchase a home in the Saint Genevieve area. We are moving from Wichita, Kansas and have found two areas on-line we like, the Grayhawk Gated Community and the Lake Forest Development area. My concern is that even though these two areas seem similar on-line, there is a drastic price difference on the homes. Can someone please tell me the pros and cons of the Grayhawk Gated Community?
