I'm planning on moving to Poplar Bluff, MO from Houston, TX. I was an Arkansas fan my whole life (likely because my parents are from Pine Bluff) and I just wanted to know what's it like being an Arkansas Razorbacks fan in Poplar Bluff (or Southeast Missouri as a whole).

You won’t be the only one, not by a long shot.
Otherwise, very few if any will care.
It’s generally not a region overly obsessed with sports, especially not college stuff. Missouri is a fine place, but people there aren’t uniformly proud about all things Mizzou like you sometimes see in other states.
The St. Louis Cardinals are about the only thing that people across the board might pay attention to in southern Missouri. A little further west you start seeing more Chiefs fandom.

As sub said, you definitely won't be the only one. I don't get into sports very much, but if I had to pick Arkansas is my favorite college team.

You'll see some Mizzou and Arkansas State mainly, along with schools from other surrounding states.

You will see Cardinals fans in Arkansas, Tennessee as well. It's the closest major sports team for years. Lots of Cards fans in other surrounding states.

Yeah I know.
Grew up in Arkansas, deep in the heart of Cardinals country. Ended up being a Royals fan instead.

There are a lot of Arkansas fans in southern MO, especially SW Missouri since Fayetteville is actually closer than Columbia.

There are also a ton of OU fans. The arkansas fans are fine, but the OU fans just drive be absolutely bonkers for some reason.

No difference than being a LSU fan and living in NW Arkansas. I live about a 1/2 mile from the Missouri state line. If you really want arrogant fans try living in Alabama and being a LSU fan. Good friends become bad friends during football season.
