There is a lot of interesting stuff on that site. Electric Park looked like it would have been a cool place to check out. I liked that photo of the first brick house built in Kansas City, I wonder if any of those people sitting out front ever encountered Jesse James ?

SENT TO PRISON

Hartville, Mo., June 8---Jake Fagley, who has been on trial here for a week past, charged with complicity in the robbery of a Kansas City, Fort Scott & Memphis train at Macomb on Jan. 3, was adjudged guilty. The jury fixed his punishment at 12 years in the penitentiary. Fagley was a farmer.
Before he turned train robber he had been a justice of the peace, had been 3 times foreman of the Wright county grand jury, had been chairman of the populist county committee and had been a preacher of the Gospel.

ROBBED SAFE OF $157

An oversight by which a safe in C.D Kenny & Company's store, No. 821 Franklin avenue, was left open Thursday night, cost the firm $157. A burglar forced a rear window with a "jimmy" and found the safe unlocked. Manager Charles G Kelly of No. 1214 Dillon street reported the robbery to the police yesterday morning.
