Farmers are harvesting grain and we all need to be vigilant. It is very hard for an equipment operator to see you when you pass. NEVER pass on a bridge or just where there is a culvert. Last year in Iowa there were 208 accidents involving farm equipment and 6 SIX FATALITIES!!

I don't have the numbers for Mo. You don't want you or a family member to be a statistic.

Always a good reminder. Give farmers a chance and just be patient, they pull over where and when they can to let traffic get by them.

Its even worse here considering its very hilly and most use Horses.

Yeah, this time last year while visting my parents in IL, a 50+ yr. old guy on a motorcycle decided to pass some farm equipment not realizing it was turning left into a farm.

That was it for him.
