Koyotee there is nothing hiring in this area at this time.
California has Turkey Processing Plant,Burgers Smoked Hams but there is alot of Illegals in the area.I worked for MFA there it wasn't bad.Last I knew Scolastic,Delongs.Was in Jefferson City.
There is a Hog Processor in Pleasant Hope I believe they are hiring.

Jeff City has Scholastic and Unilever -- I'm trying to get hired on by one of them as I blog. I work in a medical device factory in Indiana -- love the job, but don't like the state. I'm moving back to Jeff in a month. Best of luck to you and God bless.
