All the answers here will change come the second week of August when UFC signs Fedor. Im thinking that they will give him a heavyweight title shot right away against Lesner when they sign him. Just watch and you'll see.

I think Lesnar has a big chip on his shoulder even winning the title last nite. Many people think he is a joke who just uses his size, so no wonder he acts like he does. Also, coming from the WWE, many still don't take him seriously. I don't agree with his unprofessionalism last night, but i guess he got fed up with fans out there. Did Lesnar really get 3 million for the fight?
Money talks, so whoever comes up with the $$$, Fedor will sign with them. I would love to see Fedor against Lesnar.

I think Lesnar is just used to performing in WWE...it has been conditioned in him to act like an idiot after winning.

I think Lesnar is just proof that they need a cruiserweight division... He is 40lbs heavier than Mir who is no chump in the size department...

205-265 is such a huge gap, the problem is that big guys over 205 (in shape) are hard to find. There are really only 20 good Heavies in the world. But hundreds of 170lbs and 185lbs guys are pretty good.

You are exactly right, the talent pool is not very deep in the heavyweight division and splitting the division would make it even worse... Frank Mir could never make 205 so he is forced to fight guys like Lesnar, it just isn't a fair fight...
I would hope that they might be able to entice some of the light-heavyweights to move up to cruiserweight and most of the good heavyweights would stay put...

I disagree. Didja see fedor take out Honk Man Choi? How bout Cro Cop KO on Bob Sapp? Akimono?
Nah, it's cool having an unlimited division, and it has been shown over and over that the big guys have not been able to dominate either.

Hong Man Choi and Bob Sapp suck though.
And the UFC HW division is not an 'unlimited division' - there is a 265lb weight limit.
