I think so, but I might be wrong lol

Well just from observation I think we meet the requirements for Green and George county but I`m not sure about Jackson.I`m assuming that we probably get 8k out of the required estimate of 15k that commute to Mobile County daily.

*NEW* Commuting data from 2009
Mississippi
Greene 2%
Jackson 3%

Alabama
Baldwin 25.1% Mobile MSA
Washington 18% Mobile CSA

As I said, the Mississippi counties just aren't close to being added. Again, what is needed is employees not shoppers or travelers.

So, as of the 2009 numbers (08 in some places), Mobile-Baldwin are reunited in the MSA with Washington being included in the CSA.

MSA numbers as of rough 2011 estimates
Mobile MSA 602,877
Mobile CSA ~622,000
