Hi guys I’m moving to Mobile from Panama City Beach FL. Please let me know the name of a quiet, safe, upscale apartment complex close to the Bel Air mall. One that is all inclusive (water, sewer, garbage, electric, cable, internet) would be great. Must have laundry on site or hookups in the unit and a dishwasher is a must.

About me:
29 Female
Single
No Kids
Price range: $650
Have my own vehicle
Thanks

You could try Pine Bend Apartments on Monlimar Dr, I'd say they're slightly better than average, but not "upscale".

Upscale apartments will run around $725 for a one bedroom, and the closest ones I can think of are Regency Gates on Grelot Rd, or Lenox Gates (also on Grelot Rd).

Thanks, I'll look into it Has anyone heard of Summertree Apartments??? The apartments looked nice and rent there is really low so Im worried that there may be crime there. Is it a bad neighborhood?

Eh, I'd avoid it.

Try Cimarron Ridge too, they're not brand new but they've been kept up really well and they have a security gate.
