Has anyone checked out the new retail incubator downtown? It seems to be getting new tenants weekly and everytime I go in it is busier than the previous visit. This was a great idea. The staff is very friendly and really believe in what they are doing. Plus now you can find gourmet food downtown and a European Bakery is coming. All of you who want to see more stores downtown get out and support this place so it prospers and continues to bring more retail downtown.

It would be ideal if private capital was supporting this, but it's nice to see increased development within downtown.

The "European Bakery" is a German woman who is living in town. We get her breads and pasteries from the downtown farmers market. It's great stuff with more savory flavors vs. the typical over sugarized American style. I think she starts this week.
