I have recently rented a cute 3 Br home in Midtown, however the rental company has been no help to fix problems. I won't go into how many issues, but it has caused me to see if I can break the lease. I've been told that the house does not meet the fire code due to all the windows are painted shut. Does anyone know if this is true and what can be done.
