Did anyone read the comments. The locals seem to hate it. The ones that commented that is.
I suspect that there is always something that someone would rather have than what they got. I have noticed a trend in many places.
Support what you get, and you will get more and better.

And do let companies know that you want them. One way is that companies keep track of how many catalogue/online sales they have in an area as well as how many people in an area have a company credit card. It helps a lot...

And simply sign up for their mailings...

There are a lot of big buck jobs there. Retail looks at that first. (and where else would they go? so it is a captive market more or less)

Do you have a link for the design layout of McGowin? I haven't seen it?

The site and leasing plans are located on the Jones Lange LaSalle website. I would directly link to the PDF file, but I get an error message.

I see the development coming along, and Costco, Field and Stream, and BJ"S Restaurant construction are underway; so any update on what else is coming to McGwowin Park, restaurants, retailers, entertainment venues, etc.? I'd be ecstatic with a Nordstrom Rack, Dave & Busters, Trader Joe's, The Cheesecake Factory, an upscale Italian restaurant, an upscale steakhouse, a Brazilian Steakhouse of any brand, a burger boutique of any company, an upscale bakery, and a Macy's.

I'd love for Nordstrom Rack to be an anchor in the power center component of McGowin Park.
