Hi. Just need an unbiased opinion about an area in Fairhope. There are some lots off of county rd 181 and 24. What do y'all think about that area of fairhope?

Sticks and bricks cost the same no matter where you put them. Location drives value. These are direct quotes from my husband who has been in real estate for about 50 years. In other words, the home will be more valuable the closer in to town, but if you prefer living out, this is OK.
