The energy keeps growing. Art Walk has really grown a lot they use to only close off 1 section of Dauphin st and now almost the entire street. And the Gulf Coast Duck tour vehicles were ripping the streets !

wow. Mobile and Baldwin Counties have nearly a $26 billion GDP. Pretty neat. I wonder what the growth rate is. Especially now that the million dollar aircraft production is ramping up.

I have always knew that Mobile's GDP was given the short stick because of the Baldwin exodus. If I'm not mistaken the estimate was at 2 billion a year not including the suppliers. What I would like to know the GDP of each County.

Default 401 dauphin compromise

Hopefully they can get it done this time. I hate walking past that building knowing that it could be fully-functional again.

Agreed... the entities involved will certainly make this place successful and responsible.

Default Meridian at the Port

Plans are up on LDI for those that like to look at those sort of things. **Online Plan Room | LDI Line

Interesting look at the west elevation. Looks like they're going to pay homage to Delchamps above the entrance

On the latest podcast from the Lagniappe they talk about a rumor of a brewery/brewpub going in at the old southern railroad building right next to the entrance to the state docs, next door to the GM&O building. https://goo.gl/maps/ykiULjygQ6P2

Anyone know anything about it? Listen here at 19:10
