That's not bad though! The Sears facades they constructed or added to older stores throughout the 90's up until Kmart bought them are actually pretty nice.

The new storefront for Versona Accessories was uncovered next to the recently opened Champs store. It seems, going forward, the new tenants will have substantially taller storefronts. After the dust settles, Versona could be open for business by mid May.

Construction on the streetscape is coming together nicely. Glass is being installed inside the new mall entrance at the former Books A Million building. The construction site itself now engulfs more of the front parking lot.

That's a good question. According to the map from recent articles concerning Bel Air, Loft and Chico's could be potential tenants there.

New flooring has been installed in the main entryway and parts of the Dillard's / new Belk wing. It's a combination of ceramic wood planks and gray slate tiles.

The old flooring isn't bad....it probably doesn't work with the new color scheme of gray and gray.....

Sephora, Alabama Outdoors and Aveda are interesting surprises. Williams-Sonoma will look great immediately adjacent Belk.
