I am starting over at 50+

My intent is to get a job at Publix and work my way up from parttime to a full time position to management down the road.

I want a sunnier and warmer winter climate.

But I need to rent at 550, a studio or a one bedroom.

I wanted to rent in Florida, because there are so many many Publix's, but it is hard to find that price point in safety!

From the whole area west of Pensacola to the Bay, not Mobile, Im not a city person, can I find a place to live I can breathe easy? Somewhere I can enjoy while I work my way up in the company?

I started with a long list of specific wants, that I narrowed down to warmer sunnier winter, job at Publix, safe at 550. And not a big city!

Thank you for your advice

Eastern shore is hella expensive. You'd be better off finding cheap rent in Mobile

There's a Publix in Orange Beach and one in Gulf Shores, just north of the canal on 59.
