Festival Center has already outlived it's second rebirth, as most of the newer tenants have fled or gone out of business. When Dirt Cheap and Spirit Halloween set up shop, that's never a good sign.

And now with the COVID-19 pandemic, it really throws a wrench into things. Some of these surviving stores may never be the same again.

Hhgreg was over there too. You know T.G.I. Friday’s by providence hospital is closed now. There’s no furniture in there. I think this pandemic will change things. Maybe we have a health/tech revolution this time instead of a security/tech revolution like after 9/11 .... America that is

T.G.I Friday's is gone. Not surprised. They were terrible. A lot of those types of restaurants don't seem to be doing well....even before Covid-19.

They had sanitary issues.

What I observed was management issues. Really enjoyed it when it first opened and continued to patronize it up until about 5-6 years ago. Then it seemed like nobody working there really cared about customer service. The hostesses seemed disinterested and aloof, the service was sporadic, and the quality of the food really declined. About a year ago, I decided I had waited long enough and maybe they had cleaned up their act. However, a quick glance at recent reviews of the restaurant confirmed that nothing had changed and it was just as awful as before.

And if my recent experiences are any indication, P.F. Chang's in Bel Air will be right behind them in closing down. They've had one foot in the grave for some time now.

I have been expecting PF Changs to close too. I've been waiting for the announcement since last year.

Add to the fact they've been closed this entire pandemic and have not offered any take out service of any kind. If that's the case across the country, they may be in serious trouble everywhere.

Yep, the chain was experiencing problems even pre-Covid: “significant industry headwinds and management’s uneven execution of initiative to stabilize performance before the pandemic that we believe present risks to the long-term sustainability of the capital structure.”

I'm not surprised. It's over priced Americanized Asian food. If they had done authentic dishes then it could have charged those prices, but not when you can run to China Chef down the road and get more food for half the price....and dare I say better quality?
