I do not see how more aesthetically pleasing you can get.

The takeaway I can see with Publix's store is a return to the 38m (38,000 square feet) prototype and the addition of a pharmacy drive thru for the prototype. This store will be the first of its kind.

I`ve noticed that a lot of land has been cleared behind the banks on the I-65 service road near Legacy Village. Do you guys think the land is being cleared for the proposed condos that were mentioned a year ago ?

"Shops at Pierpont" - a small strip development east of 65, on Dauphin, will include a Jersey Mikes and a Goldfingers (a Dothan-based chicken finger joint)

Yeah their downsizing. They closed their Bham location 4 years ago. They will only be in Louisiana.
