Found another listing when I was looking through LoopNet.
It appears that JLL is marketing some spaces in McGregor Square. These include a portion of the Island Day Spa location and where Omni Fitness and Palm Beach Tan are.
3940 Airport Blvd., Mobile, AL, 36608 - Neighborhood Center Property For Lease on LoopNet.com

And on this PDF Brochure, the "Retail Aerial" map has At Home at Bel Air Mall. They recently opened a store in the former Kmart on Schillinger....
...unless they are planning another store in the former Parisian/Belk space?

I'm assuming this is a glitch on their behalf since they don't show the Schillinger location.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. I enjoyed eating there, but only did so sporadically and even then saw very few other customers. Apparently, a lot of other folks felt the same way. I know a couple years ago, a lot of the servers left and went to Briquettes.

Not going to lie...their grits and Thai ribs were pretty awesome, but that was really the only thing I enjoyed there.

I saw were the Rit-Aid and the Payless are closing at the Loop. That block would be a good redevelopment opportunity for someone.
