Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good custom home builder? I've been looking into Heritage Homes, S.S Steele, and Infinity Homes. If anyone has any personal experience with one of them, I would love to hear it! Thanks so much for your time

heritage, ss, there are good home, they are average home, nothing wrong with them, just not fancy. also, my opinion, the design is dated, seem like the same home for last twenty years. But there nothing wrong with them

Thanks Brownbagg! Do you know of any other home builders who you think are better?

Even though they are a tract builder, I've heard many good things and have had an excellent experience thus far with John Howard Homes. I am in the process of either building or buying a new home, and they have been wonderful! They are very willing to work within my budget and timeframe to help find the perfect home. A friend has one of their homes and is very happy with it...Everything from the quality of work to the entire homebuilding experience.

We are in the process of selling our home and are considering Heritage to build our new one. We have a friend who used Heritage and was very happy with them. I found this older thread on a local forum about Heritage as well: Heritage Homes--good, bad, or indifferent? - Pensacola Fishing Forum

Hello Christal, I don't know if you've made a decision yet, but Heritage is offering a price savings of up to $4000 if you purchase before March 1st: http://heritagehomesfamily.com/office/al/Savings-AL.pdf
