Hello,

I'm on a waiting list for a unit in the D'Iberville apartment complex in midtown due to recommendations on this site and another.
However, while most of the google reviews are good, there was one that complained about a roach problem and stated that the complex itself doesn't spray at all. (I confirmed with the leasing manager that, indeed, they do not spray.) If an individual tenant sprays, the roaches will just move to the adjacent units, and you will really never get rid of them. I know it is a pretty old complex.
Do any of you have experience or friends at this complex and can give me feedback about whether roaches are an overall problem at this complex? Thanks--

If I were you...I would try to find another apartment complex. Management that doesn't spray isn't taking care of their property. I had a friend that lived there years ago and he never had a problem.
