Deuce Drone has completed their first deliver today. Their app is set to release later this month and will initially be available to businesses and apartment complexes and will later be integrated to suburban delivery

Well, ALDOT has given a firm no on bloody 43 expansion anytime soon, deeming the highway a not so stop priority (although the families of 70 dead people in past 5 years and the sheer amount of truck traffic would say different). At this point, we are probably gonna have to have the Pay Go pay for it, it will be very slowly, $10 mill from it would only generate like 2 miles, maybe we can get fed help like the macfarland/snow road expansion

May Residential Round-up
Mobile County:
536 homes sold: 27% Year over Year increase
Inventory: 468
Average days on market: 22
Months of Supply: .9
New Construction Sales: 45 homes (45% Year over year increase) with 4 in inventory and an average of 26 days on market


Baldwin County:
833 homes sold: 51.7% Year over Year increase
Inventory: inventory: 952
Average days on market: 42
Months of Supply: .9
New Construction Sales: 140 homes (2.9% Year over Year increase) with 128 in inventory and an average of 58 days on market


Once again Mobile is struggling to keep up with the housing market. Baldwin County is slowly joining Mobile in terms of competition for houses.
