Well finally got the Mobile data in

June 2021: 666 houses sold
This is the highest number of houses sold outside of just two months since records go (May 2000). Only June 2005 and October 2005 beat it out (724 and 721 respectively)

Surprisingly, inventory has gone up to 546 houses but Months of Supply went down to .8 because so many houses were sold

there were 42 Construction sales in Mobile, inventory increased by 2 to make a total of 6 (lol)

Lots of people are buying while interest rates are still low, and you can't blame them. They're bound to increase, and increase a lot, given current inflation.

Nice, curious what the parameters are because, it seems MOS and Supply and Demand are important factors looking at the order, but if that's the case Mobile should be not to far behind Huntsville as Mobile is right behind Huntsville in market Hotness (supply and demand)

It takes into account QoQ gains and supply and demand changes, based on my cursory research

That makes sense, Mobile this past month reached nearly the same days on Market as Huntsvilles (Huntsville 13 and Mobile 16), so that would likely not be in the article lol. Although home price, Huntsville is still outpacing Mobile in growth

New Orleans: 1852 (+11.5%)
Charleston: 1850 (+14.9%)
