What’s going in at the old Parisians/Belk? Wonder if this will spur any new development for the mall?

Someone posted on the NextDoor app that they heard it was supposed to be a Dave and Busters. Not sure how much truth there is to that -- seems there would have been an announcement about that.

I hope Mobile is finally getting one, maybe they are waiting a little longer before making an announcement.

I wonder if it's only taking the original Parisian store, or if it includes the entire footprint, which engulfed a mall corridor, cutting Target off from the mall itself when the food court went away.

Now that Kohan owns the mall, we can basically throw out any pipe dreams of things coming to Mobile. In fact, we'll be lucky if they pay all of their bills and taxes, and keep the mall in an "acceptable" condition.

Man if that is true, that Koko guy that posts here about Arcades is going to be so happy. Really hope that is true, and wish I could see his face when he finds out haha
