Well, we made an offer $15k over asking, with an acceleration clause to go higher, but the Seller's agent didn't respond or return calls or message to my agent. Next day he sent a text to my agent that the seller accepted another offer. Strange that the seller's agent owns an investment and construction company as well as being a real estate agent. Kind of suspicious.
