OMG.. I remember him as Buddy Starr on the radio back in the 60s. I didn't know him from HS but I do remember him living around the Loop area. He use to bag groceries at the grocery store on Holcomb Ave.

I hope John Edd enjoys a well deserved retirement. He will be sorely missed. I bet if you looked up weatherman in Webster's dictionary - it has John Edd's picture beside it. If not, it should. I hope to see you around town John Edd!
