You are responding to a post from 2011 when Mobile was not on any noticeable "rise".

A LOT has changes since then though as far amenities and job opportunities, as well as leadership and outlook.

Yes on no state tax, BUT other taxes are higher, car sales tax for instance. My college instructor said it best, if they don't get you in the wash, they will get you in the rinse.....

Default Pensacola is progressing more than Mobile

Its starting to look like Pensacola is winning the P'cola vs Mobile competition. Now its 2020 and its becoming clearer that Pensacola is better.

Why this post? It is old and based on opinion. My open is that Mobile is better. But I wouldn't go onto p-cola's site and start an argument. I mean your from Houston.....why do you care? Are you trying to start fights with people?

I hate city vs city posts.....

Pensacola is nice but Mobile is ahead of it even back in 2011.

They are different cities. There is a BIG difference when you cross that state line, in either direction.

If you were to ask me my honest opinion, I'd say stay out of both and live in Baldwin County, AL. Crestview? Why live there unless you can't afford Niceville or Destin?

Agreed, Crestview is horrible.
