LOL no they didn`t kill the dolphin mimp, well not according to the local media. The dolphin that you speak of washed up on Pensacola Beach and it was coverd in oil on one side. An Arkansas family found the young female dolphin crying and all and they tried to rush it in and save it but it died on the way to the clinic.

Visited Destin recently and didn't notice anything but was later told if you look into the sand you can see black speck remnants. Anyway, won't keep me away from the shores but am heartbroken over the sea life lost or suffering because of this.

It's not like there are huge black puddles everywhere...although there have been in spots. Look for what looks like black or dark gray coin-sized pieces. Also there's a gasoline-type sheen in the water.

It changes from minute-to-minute. And the BP clean-up crews have been pretty quick in cleaning up.

National media is carrying on and on about Florida...some about Louisiana...almost no mention of Alabama and Mississippi beaches and waterways.

Default They are using backhoes and covering it up

In Destin, it was all over the beaches.
Pensacola..on the florida page, there are pics up and I have a friend who came back from Gulf Shores and it is very bad.
They are bringing sand in on top of the tar.
There are pools of oil in certain areas. MSM is not showing this though and this disbersement is toxic.

Spent a few days in the Mobile area last week. Had some AWESOME seafood at Market By The Bay Cafe in Fairhope.

Saw some small tar balls on Dauphin Island. Spent a few days in Destin, FL and saw ZERO oil but there were probably 100 workers on the beach everyday picking up.....seaweed balls. There was NO oil there.
