U.S. District Judge Molloy to step aside

While it is great news that Malloy will be semi-retiring, with goldman max reccomending a replacement, we will probably just get a malloy clone, But this is the season for miracles and it is hard to belive we could get anything worse than malloy has been, so here is to the audacity of hope that we get someone who will actually work for the BENEFIT of Montana.

[reads article] One thing you NEVER want is an "activist judge". A judge is supposed to interpret the law impartially, not impose his own agenda on top of it.
