There is a very good Pediatric Therapy clinic in Aptos, CA. Pediatric Therapy Center
My daughter has had weekly appointments there since she was 2.
We also go to monthly appointments to Stanford in Palo Alto (an hour drive) be aware that Carmel, Pacific Grove (especially) Monterey and the Santa Cruz area are very expensive to rent and live. Hope you and your familyAptos and Soquel included. My friends moved to Bainbridge Island because Santa Cruz was no longer affordable. We will be moving out of the area as well, after living here for more than 20 years. If you plan on going into San Jose all the time, and money is not a problem, I would consider Los Gatos/Saratoga. It's "over the hill" as the locals here say...meaning over the mountains via highway 17, and it's a really nice well to do town. If you want the surf, consider Santa Cruz. Stay away from downtown, there are lots of quiet, family neighborhoods, like Santa Cruz Gardens, Capitola/Soquel, and the upper westside of Santa Cruz. Coming from Seattle (one of my favorite places), you'll love the weather!
