Hi. My mom has been visiting me here in Missouri and during
her stay she broke her hip. I'm trying to find someone via the
internet that can modify her bathing area at her home in Salians.
She needs to have the tub removed and a low threshold shower
installed. None of the national installers seem to be in that area.
Can anyone point me to a business that might specialize in senior
or handicap bath adapation?
Thanks in advance

I would try a general contractor with a decent reputation in the area. You could start with yelp for some to start with here: Home remodeling Salinas, CA

Try also: http://monterey.craigslist.org/searc...hroom+&excats=

Great idea! This is what I want to get myself~Easy Bathe Walk In Bath - Premier Care in Bathing .I think every home with more than 1 bath, that a walk-in bath should be one of them.No one stays 20 yrs old forever.

I would think that contacting builders of 'handicap-accessible' homes should be all you need to do.
A Realtor should be able to give you contacts.
