So I am a student in Montreal and I was looking for apartments near McGill, and this beautiful apartment showed up which was reallyyyy cheap. The guy says he moved cities and cannot make me visit the apartment, he wants to send me the contract by email and then he sends the keys by UPS and when I receive the keys I will pay,
It just feels too good to be true for the price and look of the place, I google searched the images and they are not from google, does this sound legit?

It's a common scam in many cities, one of the classics. Don't do it.
