I like this one.. If you don't like your neighbours in one building, you can just walk across the skybridge and hang out with the one's in the other building. It is an impressive project though.

I spent a lot of time in those areas during my childhood, and used to take off from Saint Catherine when biking on that island strip trail to Nuns Island. Man, the skyline changes are quite extreme versus the 90s early 2000s when I last viewed it from that side. Impressive density.
What the city lacks in height, it certainly makes up for in many other areas.
