kayaking in morgantown (Monongah: schools, live, area)

I recently moved to Morgantown and would like to try out kayaking. Are there any classes, instructors, groups in the area that will help me learn? I did a quick search online and wasn't able to find anything useful. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've seen folks doing it, even on the Monongahela. I am not aware of any kayaking schools, but you might want to try one of the outfitters on the Cheat River. I think that is your answer...
