This is serious....the entire ridge will be developed and extended to Westover where it will tie into the existing roads.

Morgantown will have a state of the art boulevard with many new high end businesses.
Look for Macy's...

One new business to begin construction in March is the new Premier Chevrolet-GMC facility.
A 15 million dollar sales and service building and room for an inventory of 500/600 cars and trucks.
The 7 acre site will make Premier the largest GMC auto dealer in the state.

That will be quite an operation. I've been wondering what they will do with the downtown location, which isn't really in bad condition.

The same thing happened in Wheeling with the Highlands though... the auto dealers all moved out of the downtown area for more space.
