This makes the total amount of money given by Ruby McQuain amount to $45 million, making them the school's second largest benefactor.

Good fundraising goals on WVU's part, and glad the McQuain Trust is helping them achieve those goals. WVU will only be taken seriously after funding and endowments continue to spike.
