Yes, they are being built. IDK about a health club. I have never been to an apartment building anywhere with a health club, and ive lived in Austin and DC area. Is it like a spa?

Tennis courts and pools, yes.

I hope not. Too many high rises would take away from the town's unique character. I said 4 ppd because the permanent resident growth will be at least 1K per year, they are also slowly altering the character of The University with more emphasis on graduate students, and those guys tend to often bring family members along when they come. A 30,000 enrollment cap with a higher percentage of grad students will mean more people too.
