Home Goods is going to do incredibly well, that is the store that Suncrest Town center needed to lure as a bookend in order to make the other smaller mom and pops successful. Its basically like a TJ Maxx (might be owned by the same company) but with stuff for your home, tons of paintings, rugs, furniture, kitchen stuff. Nice things... All Clad pots and pans, ect. Higher end stuff but at a relatively cheap price, if that store is opening there it is going to do some serious numbers.
Everyone is excited about the Carrabbas..I'm not even kidding. Olive Garden is going bye-bye.
OTOH, what the heck could go in that new strip mall? Maybe we need another Sheetz there! Just kidding..seriously, what else could fit into those spaces? Any clue?

Where do you see a Carrabbas logo?
Carrabbas was a go but unfortunately it appears it will no longer be...
I thought five below was supposed to go by Suburban lanes in Westover? accordin to another thread in here anyway...next to the the new goodwill in Westover.....although a Five below store would def. make more sense at the UTC.....thats their usual MO, strip malls.....
Wow, Carrabbas and Ulta backed out?? That's pretty sad for our destination strip malls. Good thing we're clearing land at record pace. Maybe Carrabbas's study found Morgantowners prefer Sheetz cuisine.
Where did you guys hear about ulta backing out? Last time i saw the ulta sign it had fallen over and was severely faded. Also regarding Carrabbas, it wasn't just us they back out of, it was all future expansion, one of their execs somewhere made the comment about stopping all future expansion for now due to the current trend to eat healthier.
Take a look at the demographic requirements for a Whole Foods.
In other words, never happening, at least not any time remotely soon.
