Excellent! Let's get that corner developed and used in accordance with its true potential.

TheDPost.com - Central Place seeks review of 12-story building

He's at it again....

Although this article does not state so, Biafora is building this site in partnership with the adjacent Presbyterian church. I find this interesting because I've not seen any opposition from the church's membership, which pretty much leads to Biafora as the source of complaint here. I doubt his claims have traction, but it would seem that his goal could be to simply delay this building yet again. It seems a bit ridiculous, perhaps CA should frivolously sue him over his planned buildings on Grant...

Biafora swooping in at the last minute, I'm shocked. Does this count as an appeal within the 30 day period?

This building has been approved multiple times. CA should just start construction.

He's had it reviewed at least twice before. They don't have to grant him another one.

Pathetic...so if it clears again, which you think it would..is it finally over and clear to move forward? Downtown really needs this, it'd be great to see so many more people added into the flow of things. This would so easily spark further development and construction as well. I could see something happening with the Warner site to follow along with some other housing and mixed use options towards that side of town.

...this really, really, really needs to be built.

CA proposal defeats Biafora appeal at BZA tonight.

Thanks to all that have supported this development. CA has worked tirelessly for over 2 years on this project, to listen to city officials, engage in neighbor input sessions to tailor a proposal suitable for development that may be a catalyst for downtown Morgantown for years to come.

We are excited to begin soon.

Congratulations and good luck moving forward. Thank you for enduring the absurdity that has surrounded the approvals process. This should be an excellent addition to the area and we look forward to watching the progress!
