The former Hardees on 705 is being transformed into an Dunkin Donuts, and another eatery is coming to Suncrest in the near future...

I suppose, in retrospect, "eateries" might have been a better choice of words. With that in mind, I changed it.

Dunkin Donuts (where the old Hardee's was) is open today! I repeat Dunkin Donuts 2nd location is open today!
