Well researched projections call for the current growth cycle to continue in Morgantown until
at least 2030, so I don't see how a bust would likely take place. The only thing that will solve the problem is to find a way to increase housing production. I do believe the current pace of institutional and business building will eventually subside, and that would make more resources available to build residential housing. That could provide a solution. Right now, nearly everyone who can swing a hammer is building a bank, a restaurant, a ball park, an academic or a healthcare facility.
