Giuliani wouldn't even be permitted to vote on 95% of what goes before the planning commission since he has such a massive conflict of interest. This town is screwed if he manages to somehow get on that board, nothing would be approved except for his garbage.
Here's the agenda with links for the upcoming Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. (There was nothing much in this month's planning commission agenda.) Of interest, is a planned development off of Buckhannon Ave in the backside of South Park, where it transitions into South Hills neighborhood. The entryway to 19 planned lots is a terrible spot where there is both a steep hill and a turn, but such is life in Morgantown. All in all, good to see some new plans within city limits -- hopefully the entirety of the neighborhood gets annexed into city limits if it proceeds through the BZA.
