Hello,
Im a smoker from pittsburgh and im trying to cut corners on my bad habit. Right now in pittsburgh, a carton is $67 after tax. I found a spot in weirton that is $55 after tax. I was wondering if there is anywhere that is lower. we smoke newports by the way. thanks. weirton is only 45 minutes away and my car gets great milage and im willing to drive
