I agree. There team isn't any better than ours, but we don't match up well against them. It will be interesting to see what Huggs has in mind facing them the second time.
WVU Baseball Single Game Tickets are Available Now
WVU Baseball single game tickets are going on sale now for the games in the new Monongalia County ballpark. If anybody is interested in attending, now it the time to buy your tickets. Some of these games will likely sell out quickly. Prices are designed to make attending the games affordable for entire families.
Big 12 home series include Oklahoma (April 17-19), Kansas (April 24-26), TCU (May 1-3) and Texas Tech (May 14-16), while non-conference home games feature Waynesburg (March 17), Charleston Southern (March 27-29), Butler (April 10-12), Penn State (April 14), Marshall (April 21) and Pitt (May 12).
Combining the outstanding college games coming to Morgantown with the West Virginia Black Bears home schedule, there will be plenty of great baseball in North Central West Virginia this season. Hopefully some of our friends from Huntington will come for a visit when Marshall plays here. It would be nice to meet them in person.
This is Bob Huggins' 11th. Coach of the Year honor, but the first one in the Big XII Conference. He has built a team with amazing talent and depth, with most of the players being underclassmen.
Agreed, that the play of this years team especially in light of the injuries of starters has shown tenacity, and a savy in coaching that has made this award well deserving.
