I can't wait to see how we fare against the Longhorns after that thumping they gave us.

Will not be surprised at any result in this one.

They exploited us by spreading the court sufficiently to make the pressure ineffective then used their bigs to really put a whooping on us!

Let's Go, Mountaineers!!

I agree. There team isn't any better than ours, but we don't match up well against them. It will be interesting to see what Huggs has in mind facing them the second time.

Combining the outstanding college games coming to Morgantown with the West Virginia Black Bears home schedule, there will be plenty of great baseball in North Central West Virginia this season. Hopefully some of our friends from Huntington will come for a visit when Marshall plays here. It would be nice to meet them in person.

Default Bob Huggins Selected as Big XII Coach of the Year

This is Bob Huggins' 11th. Coach of the Year honor, but the first one in the Big XII Conference. He has built a team with amazing talent and depth, with most of the players being underclassmen.

Agreed, that the play of this years team especially in light of the injuries of starters has shown tenacity, and a savy in coaching that has made this award well deserving.
