Don't bet on it. If we had fielded a good defense this year, we might well have been there.

The SEC is a totally different league. Just look at the players drafted in the first round each year.

College football and pro football are two very different sports. We can contend for national championships without having a lot of pro type players.

WVU produces many pro players. It might not be #1 for this, but WVU football is respected.

If you want to know what happens when teams underestimate WVU I recommend you watch videos of responses of rivals fans during WVU's BCS bowls when their mouths are wide open and they are in shock from how bad they are getting beat.

You don't have to tell me because most of the pros come from SEC teams

70 points was the most scored by any team, in any bowl game, ever. Clemson was being thrashed so badly most of their fans were gone by the time the 4th. quarter came around. Oklahoma was beaten pretty badly in the Fiesta too, but at least their fans hung in there until the end. I think they were used to hard fought games being from a better football league.

Where is the $11 million coming from @ WVU? Special contributions or Luck's rainy day fund?
